The Hosted Buyer Programme is mainly targeted at importers, distributors, wholesalers, e-commerce and new retailers, traditional retailers, food service companies, hotel and catering operators in the food and beverage industry in East China, Southern China and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The Hosted Buyer Programme minimises the communication cost between exhibitors and buyers. The organiser will draw up a programme of matchingmaking meetings with corresponding themes based on the aggregated trade buyers' sourcing lists prior to the event and rely on the show platform to match exhibitors quickly and effectively with matching products to conclude on-site business negotiations. The organiser will confirm the identity of the invited buyers by e-mail and provide them with badges and related services on-site.
